Gamebred Dawg Performance "Big Dawg Training System"
Big Dawg Training Program
The Big Dawg Training Program is an advanced, structured strength and performance program designed for committed individuals who are ready to train with discipline, consistency, and accountability. This program runs for 12 or 16 weeks and is built for men who already have basic gym experience and are prepared to follow a tailored, system-based approach to strength, conditioning, and long-term physical development. Big Dawg is not a general fitness class or bootcamp—it is a coached progression system focused on deliberate strength gains, intelligent volume management, and sustainable results.
Each participant receives a customized training plan based on individual goals, training history, and physical considerations. Programming supports both bulking and cutting phases, with structured guidance for weight management, strength progression, and recovery. Training emphasizes compound lifts, accessory work for joint health, conditioning with purpose, and recovery protocols designed to support longevity and performance. Clients are coached through proper execution, progression standards, and load management to ensure results are earned safely and consistently.
The program includes four structured training days per week, with an additional three recovery days, which are treated as part of the training—not optional rest. Recovery sessions are 30-minute guided classes focused on mobility, flexibility, breathing, and restoration to support adaptation and reduce injury risk. Education is a core component of Big Dawg, including a nutrition class that addresses fueling strategies for both muscle gain and fat loss, helping participants understand how to eat with intention rather than follow restrictive or extreme plans.
For in-person participation, clients must maintain an active membership at the YMCA of Huntsville – Southeast Branch, located at 7901 Bailey Cove Road SE, Huntsville, AL 35802. All in-person sessions are conducted at this location. Video coaching and video calls are limited and provided only in conjunction with scheduled classes, ensuring coaching time is focused, intentional, and aligned with the program structure.
Big Dawg Training is designed for those who are ready to commit to a system, respect the process, and train with purpose. This program is ideal for experienced gym-goers, former athletes, and individuals seeking a disciplined, structured environment that prioritizes performance, accountability, and long-term physical resilience.
