This program is for beginners, overweight, or deconditioned adults, or men and women 40+ who have been stagnant and want to live a healthier lifestyle. This is a training level 1 foundational system, delivered in person or online. The system focuses on movement readiness, joint integrity, basic strength patterns, habit and routine building, and pain-free execution. Gym membership is not required, and as with any onset of physical training, consulting a physician is a best practice. This is an 8-week program that has 3 in-person meetings and 1 online meeting per week. *Note: This does not include the onboarding assessment video call, which is mandatory, so the coach will know your goals. The system is not “cookie-cutter”; the system denotes the level of intensity, and the client’s needs will dictate the exercises.
